General Description:
The Greens at Westfields is a three-building office campus situated within Westfields, a 1,500-acre first class office park located in Fairfax County, Virginia, near Dulles International Airport. In addition, the Project is located immediately across the street from the National Reconnaissance Office and around the corner from the Marriott-Westfields Conference Center Hotel.

Located on approximately nine acres, the Aerospace Building is composed of pre-cast concrete and a ribbon window system.  The lobby has marble flooring and the first floor contains a column-free auditorium.  The building is substantially leased to the Aerospace Corporation, an NRO subcontractor.
