Founded in 1969, The Rubenstein Company Associates, L.P., doing business as The Rubenstein Company, L.P., together with its affiliates (collectively, the "Company", the "Firm", or "TRC"), is a fully-integrated real estate organization which owns, manages, leases and operates a substantial portfolio of commercial office buildings in the Mid Atlantic and Georgia. The Company was founded as a sole proprietorship by Mark E. Rubenstein in 1969; was incorporated in 1990; and was reconstituted as a Delaware limited partnership in December 1997. The Company is owned in partnership by members of the Rubenstein family and employees of the Company.

The Company is self-administered and self-managed. It currently owns or has ownership interests in, or manages and leases, approximately three million square feet of office properties. Its staff of approximately 50 employees (approximately half of which work in the Company's Philadelphia office, with the remainder located at the Company's properties) encompasses all disciplinary functions and capabilities applicable to real estate investment, including its acquisition, financing, development, construction, ownership, management, leasing and operations. The Company has it's headquarters in Philadelphia.

The Company's executive committee includes Mark E. Rubenstein, who founded the firm in 1969 and is now its Chairman, and David B. Rubenstein, who joined the Company in 1991 and is now its President. The Company has approximately 15 real estate professionals providing in-house expertise in all aspects of real estate acquisition, development, property and construction management, leasing, legal and accounting. The Company's executive management possesses an average of more than 16 years of real estate experience. The Company is a major owner and operator of office properties in the Mid-Atlantic.

The Company's current office portfolio includes management & investments in ten investment grade properties (six of which are tenant office buildings that it manages) located in: Center City Philadelphia (two), suburban Philadelphia (five), suburban Pittsburgh (one), and Atlanta (two). The Company's tenant base generally consists of Fortune 500 corporations, insurance and financial firms, law firms, and high-quality locally-based companies. Tenants with national or regional headquarters in the Company's office properties include:
