General Description:
Capital City Plaza is strategically located in the heart of Buckhead on Peachtree Road, the high profile secondary transportation artery for “in-town” Atlanta.  Adjacent to a MARTA station which connects to the desirable northern suburbs, the project is directly accessible by way of mass transit, as well as Peachtree Road and the Buckhead Loop, and is convenient to a well established market infrastructure including Atlanta’s most prominent shopping district and several upscale hotels. The Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, Ritz Carlton, Swissotel, and Grand Hyatt are all within walking distance. Capital City Plaza will be a 14-story, Class A office building located immediately adjacent to One Capital City Plaza. Two Capital City Plaza is designed to be architecturally compatible with the adjacent building in terms of scale and exterior finishes. The Project will be constructed to tie-into the existing plaza of One Capital City and therefore provide direct pedestrian access to Peachtree Road and the adjacent MARTA Station.
