The General Counsel oversees the legal aspects of all acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, management, financing, construction and other activities of the Company, including the in-house legal department's (and, if necessary, outside counsel's) preparation of all lease-related documentation.

From 1988 to 1993, Bruce was an attorney in the Philadelphia office of the international law firm of Dechert LLP, and was a member of the firm's real estate department. Subsequent to this experience, Bruce continued practicing in the real estate area with the firm of Blank Rome LLP, also as a member of the Blank Rome real estate department. He has had significant experience in commercial real estate financing, acquisition, disposition and leasing transactions.

Bruce graduated in 1985 from Dickinson College, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He graduated in 1988 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, cum laude, with a Juris Doctor degree and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Bruce also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, England, and at Cambridge University, Cambridge, England.
